Ingredients

  • 150 gms – Organic Tattva’s Kabuli Chana
  • 2 cloves – Garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp – Tahini
  • 4 tbsp – Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp – Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp – Organic Tattva’s Red Chilli Powder

Recipes

Soak the Kabuli Chana overnight. Drain and boil in fresh water till soft

Cool and remove the skin and put them in a food processor container

Add garlic, salt, tahini and blend after adding two tablespoons olive oil

Add lemon juice and continue to blend till absolutely smooth

Transfer into a serving bowl and let it chill in the refrigerator

Drizzle remaining olive oil on top and sprinkle red chilli powder

Place two to three whole Kabuli Chanas on top and serve

Your delicious hummus is now ready and tastes best with Pita bread.
