Ingredients

  • 2 cups – Organic Tattva’s White Sonamasuri Rice
  • 1 cup – Organic Tattva’s Urad Dal Whole White
  • 1/2 tsp – Organic Tattva’s Fenugreek (Methi) seeds
  • 3 cups – Water
  • 2 tsp – Salt
  • 3 to 4 tsp – Poha

Recipes

Soak the sonamasrui rice, urad dal, methi seeds and poha in water for 5-6 hours

Grind it into a fine mixture, then add salt and enough water to make a dropping consistency and leave to ferment 5-6 hours

Heat the tawa, and add a little oil

Pour a scoop of the batter on the tawa and allow it to cook on one side

Flip it over to the other side and drizzle some oil again

Flip it over once again and add the topping of green chillies

Your delicious Uttapam is now ready to be served
