• 200 gms of boiled Organic Tattva Chickpeas
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1/4 tsp Organic Tattva Cumin Powder
  • 2-3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Paprika for garnish
  • A lemon, sliced
  • 1 finely chopped Green Chilli
  • Pine nuts (optional)
  • Salt to taste


Grind all the ingredients to make a smooth paste.

If needed, add some water to dilute this paste. Pour it in a serving bowl and add olive oil.

Serve with Falafels.
