Hummus
Ingredients
- 200 gms of boiled Organic Tattva Chickpeas
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 2 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1/4 tsp Organic Tattva Cumin Powder
- 2-3 tbsp Olive Oil
- Paprika for garnish
- A lemon, sliced
- 1 finely chopped Green Chilli
- Pine nuts (optional)
- Salt to taste
Recipes
Grind all the ingredients to make a smooth paste.
If needed, add some water to dilute this paste. Pour it in a serving bowl and add olive oil.
Serve with Falafels.
