- 1 cup Organic Tattva Chickpeas soaked overnight
- 2 tbsp Organic Tattva Besan
- 1/2 Onion chopped finely
- 3-4 tbsp Cilantro or Coriander leaves with stem
- 3-4 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Organic Tattva Cumin Powder
- /4 tsp Organic Tattva Coriander Powder
- 1/4 tsp Organic Tattva Red Chilli Powder or 1 Green Chilli finely chopped Pinch of Cardamom Powder
- Pinch of baking soda (optional)
- Salt to taste
Except besan, grind all the ingredients together in a mixer.
Add besan to the grounded mixture.
Make balls out of this mixture and deep fry. Keep the falafel balls aside.
