Ingredients

  • 1 cup Organic Tattva Chickpeas soaked overnight
  • 2 tbsp Organic Tattva Besan
  • 1/2 Onion chopped finely
  • 3-4 tbsp Cilantro or Coriander leaves with stem
  • 3-4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Organic Tattva Cumin Powder
  • /4 tsp Organic Tattva Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Organic Tattva Red Chilli Powder or 1 Green Chilli finely chopped Pinch of Cardamom Powder
  • Pinch of baking soda (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Except besan, grind all the ingredients together in a mixer.

Add besan to the grounded mixture.

Make balls out of this mixture and deep fry. Keep the falafel balls aside.
