Average Product

It is easy to use. However to be used gently. If veg get struck shake the cutter and adjust to avoid damage to blade. Don't wash the lid. Wipe with a soft wet towel so that water will not go inside the lid. Otherwise the friction of rope will loose.

Worlds Best product

I bought this product in September 2018 and I have been using it for more than 3 months now and I use it almost everyday. It works really good, the blades are of good quality, nice & sharp and chops the veggies very fine. The blades have not bent even after using it so much. I wish the top was not made from plastic because the pull thread made a deep cut on the plastic top due to the pull motion. I guess the cut can be avoided if the thread is pulled at an angle. Now after 3 months of use, a small part of the bowl broke while using it and another piece is on the verge of breaking, so I had to repurchase it. It would have been better if the bowl was a bit more on the superior quality side. I don't think it's bad for the price. Overall the product is good, not bad at all! Update as on August 2020: The chopper bowl from my second purchase also broke. It broke from the bottom. It has come to my notice that this is happening if the bowl is filled upto ¾th of its capacity for chopping. So it seems that one can only fill ⅔rd of its capacity to be able to maintain the chopper bowl for longer duration.

Worst Product

The thread gets stuck somewhere inside and stops working and hence we have stopped using it now. It's been 5 months now and the issue still persists. Can someone guide me about the warranty. It says 6month warranty but how am I supposed to demand for it. I want my product to be repaired. Can someone help. Thanks in advance.
